Would you like to plan a field trip to Springbrook Nature Center? SNC would like to help supplement your science and culture curriculum. Our programs are designed to enhance what you are currently working on in the classroom, as a scout troop, or at home, with fun, hands-on activities.
In addition to booking your program with qualified interpretive naturalists, your students will have access to the Interpretive Center, which houses live animals, interactive exhibits, and wildlife viewing area.
Our in person instruction looks a little different during a pandemic. We are limited numbers of participants, we are teaching outside only, and are requiring a day-of waiver and health screening for each participant. Please contact the nature center directly to discuss how we can work with you to create a meaningful environmental education experience during the 2020-2021 school year. Please note: All participants and teaching staff are asked to remain masked during the program.
SNC provides both on-site (at the Nature Center) and off-site (at your school) programs. Programs are specific to ages and location. Visit our program pages to see which one works best for you.
We will need the following information to schedule your group: name, address, phone number, number of participants, program topic, arrival time, and special needs/requests. If you have specific dates in mind, please call early at 763-572-3588.
