*Open Gym/Open hoops takes place during the winter season.
This 7-week league is for adults who would like to participate in a fun and low intense atmosphere. This 4 on 4 non – officiated ½ - court basketball league will be played at Fridley Middle School. 10 players are allowed on a team roster and players must be at least 16 years of age and older. This League will be limited to the first teams. Games are played on Monday evenings at Fridley Middle school located at 6100 W Moore Lake Dr, NE Fridley, 55432. Registration begins Feb 4th
Broomball Leagues
Teams will play 7 games (weather permitting). These are officiated, no-checking leagues. One official is used for Broomball games. We offer a Co-Rec league on Tuesday nights and a Men's league on Thursday nights.
Each League is limited to 8 teams per league. Registration is now open and ends January 2nd. So sign up while there is still spots left!
Boot Hockey
Teams will play 7 games (weather permitting). These are officiated, no-checking leagues. Two officials are used for Boot Hockey games. We offer Fun leagues on Sunday and Wednesday nights.

A touch football activity designed to keep the “rough” style of play to a minimum. No running plays allowed in this allpassing league. Teams play 7 games on Sunday afternoons, beginning in September and the games are scheduled around the Viking telecasts.
This non-officiated fun league will be played on Monday and Wednesday evenings beginning December 3rd for 14 weeks. Games will be played at Hayes Elementary School gymnasium located at 615 Mississippi St N.E. and Roosevelt Middle School located at 650 Main Street in Blaine. Registration begins September 28th. Registration deadline November 28th or when league fills.

Games will be played on Sunday evenings beginning May 7.
Games held at Community Park in Fridley and Aquatore Park in Blaine.
Teams will play doubleheaders for 8 weeks (16 games). Games consist of 7 innings (55 minutes).
Each team will consist of 11 players and must field a minimum of 4 females and 4 males to start. Roster maximum is 20 players.
Entry Fee: $215/team

Pickleball is a relatively new sport to Minnesota. It is a cross between Tennis and Table Tennis. The court is slightly smaller than that of a tennis court and the game is played with paddles instead of racquets and a whiffle ball instead of a tennis ball.

BOGO Tae Kwon Do Sign up for One Session - Get 2nd FREE! Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that uses the hands and feet without weapons. Instructor Seybold’s goal with this program is to share the values and knowledge that he has gained through his training with those in the community who wish to try and grow from their experiences. This class is open to teens and adults of all fitness levels, and will focus on encouraging each student’s physical and mental growth. All classes include Hatha or stretching, breathing practices and a guided relaxation//meditation.

Futsal is the game that develops all of the best players coming from Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Spain. Games are played on Wednesday evenings at Community Park, located at 7000 University Ave NE Fridley, 55432. There is no better way to improve your soccer skills all while having fun playing the world’s most international sport! Registration begins Feb 4th
The City of Fridley will once again sponsor a Senior Golf League this summer at Brightwood Golf Course in New Brighton. League play will begin Thursday, May 9th. The league is structured to accommodate beginners and experienced players. There will be an organization meeting for the 2019 league at 10:00 a.m. on April 11th at City Hall (7071 University Avenue NE).
